Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. Galatians 6:9-10

Leadership is exhausting. Lord, I pray that the leaders of the Neema project are continually filled with YOUR strength to continue this good work. I ask your blessing on the Providence Board. Please guide, direct and energize each one of them to know your will and have the gifts to carry out the work. Forge strong bonds of friendship and love for one another. Bless them with patience and all the fruits of the Spirit in their relationships. Lord be with the Kenya leadership. Please place your protection around their families, their bodies and their work. We know that a war exists for these young women, the beneficiaries of this work, and we trust You will win it! Lord, raise up leaders among the students they are educating. Lift up women who can lead the younger to a Godly life that honors you! 

We know the leaders are the first in line in this spiritual battle and we ask that you not let them grow weary but show them a harvest as reward for their faithfulness. Amen.
