We are blessed!  As Neema has continued its vision to serve and equip vulnerable young women in Kenya, we knew that top priority was to identify the "right" staff team in Kenya.  

In 2013, we had 4 staff and we have since grown to a team of 8 staff.  These individuals work hard to keep the mission of NEEMA front and center as they educate, disciple, and counsel the girls in the program.  But they also go above and beyond as they build relationships and seek to earn the trust of the parents and guardians, local village leadership, medical personnel, local pastors, businessmen and women in the area, other organizations, and the children's department.  They show up each day and give their all to teaching, cooking, mentoring, loving, and caring for the girls in our care.

Over the next few weeks we hope to introduce you to each one personally, so you can learn how to pray for them and their families as they continue to serve at NEEMA.
