If you have ever put on a party for 100+ people you know that it's no small feat.

As in the past, this year's NEEMA Night Out (NNO) was made possibly by the tired hands of the team of people that visited Neema this summer. 

We have been together since February of this year working through a curriculum called "Helping Without Hurting", exploring the concepts of what healthy poverty alleviation looks like and how we can make a meaning contribution.

I'm sure you will all agree that 10 days in Africa alone is unlikely to result in any long lasting impact. As enriching as this experience was for the team we challenge them to go deeper.

Although NNO is not the culmination of this journey, it is an important part along the way. I'm very grateful to everyone who came out to honor this team's commitment and your participation in the success of this year's gathering. Your generosity was evident in the $4500 raised and your kind words.

I am excited to see the impact this team makes in the future of NEEMA. We look forward to seeing you next year! We truly could not do this work alone and are thankful for the partnership of so many.
