If you’ve ever been on one of our summer visits you know first hand how these girls can play. I love this about them ! Especially after learning a little more about the importance of play.

Please read the following quote from “The Gift of Imperfection” and pray with me that God would expand all the healing properties of play for these precious girls ; “Play helps us deal with difficulties, provides a sense of expansiveness, promotes mastery of our craft, and is an essential part of the creative process. Most important, true play that comes from our own inner needs and desires is the only path to finding lasting joy and satisfaction in our work. In the long run, work does not work without play.” Lord, hear our pray. Amen
