Our goal is to raise $2,500 for new sewing machines for each of our third-year students who will graduate in December. This gift will kick start each graduate with the tools she needs to start her own business — a necessity for her self-sufficiency. What is Giving Tuesday?
Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving. Charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate and encourage giving.
Anyone, anywhere can get involved in #GivingTuesday and give back in a way that is meaningful to them.
